This is the linking of our school with Anchovy High School, St James, Jamaica and St Andrews Complex, Sekondi, Ghana.

Staff, parents and students were all very busy last term fundraising for this project. We are delighted to report that a container was shipped to Ghana at the end of the Summer holiday with the proceeds from all our efforts.

Thank you to all those involved in the effort to raise funds for much needed educational resources for St. Andrews school. We know that the shippment arrived safely and look forward to receiving photos of the equipment being used by the students.

In January 2009, staff and students spent a Saturday in Tesco Brixton packing bags for Ghajam. They raised over £1,300! Congratulations!

Since then numerous fund raising events have taken place including a Winter Ball.

Staff have now visited St. Andrew's three times, and Anchovy High twice. Our student netball team have also just comeback from a tournament in Jamaica.

We were also delighted to welcome members of staff from both schools for a visit last term.

Ghajam continues to go from strength to strength.
